Learn With Us
Ride Ecology turns the landscapes of central Mexico into field classrooms. Our educational rides, walks, and workshops connect agroecology, biodiversity, traditional foodways, and community-led conservation.
Programs can be adapted for universities, schools, research groups, and independent learners. We are based in San Andrés Cholula, Puebla, and work across the Puebla–Tlaxcala region.
Ways to Learn
FIELD RIDES
Small-group mountain-bike and gravel journeys that pair active travel with landscape interpretation, biodiversity observation, and local foodways.
AGROECOLOGY WORKSHOPS
Hands-on sessions with milpa cultivation, traditional foods, native seeds, soil, pollinators, and community-based conservation.
ACADEMIC PROGRAMS
Custom field courses and research visits for universities, schools, and institutes, developed around your learning objectives and schedule.
